Mid-term rental (MTR)

A mid-term rental (MTR) is a furnished stay of 30 nights to about six months, typical for traveling nurses, relocations and insurance placements. Many cities' short-term rental rules do not apply to stays of 30 nights or more, which is why mid-term rentals often work in markets that restrict STRs. Taxes can still apply, so check locally.
