Attribution data helps us understand which channels work. It is not sold or shared for ads.

  4. 04
    Third-party cookies exist.

Stripe, Cloudflare, HubSpot. Their cookies are governed by their own policies.

  5. 05

  6. 06

§ 01

Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how ArbiBase, LLC ("ArbiBase," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit or interact with our website at https://arbibase.com, our dashboards, portal, APIs, or related services (collectively, the "Services"). Read this alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

By continuing to use the Services, you consent to cookies as described here, subject to any preferences you set through consent tools or browser settings.

§ 02

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function properly, remember preferences, improve performance, and support analytics or marketing attribution. We may also use web beacons, pixels, local storage, and tracking scripts.

Session
Deleted when you close your browser.
Persistent
Stored for a defined period (e.g., 30, 90, or 365 days).
First-party
Set directly by ArbiBase on our domains.
Third-party
Set by service providers (Stripe, Cloudflare, HubSpot).
§ 03

Categories of cookies we use

A. Essential

Required for the platform to operate. They enable account authentication, secure login sessions, platform navigation, security protections, fraud prevention, and load balancing. Blocking these will break core functionality.

B. Functional

Remember your preferences: dashboard display, saved filters, session persistence, and account personalization. Not strictly required but they improve your experience significantly.

C. Performance & analytics

Help us understand how users interact with the platform. They may collect pages visited, click behavior, time on pages, referring URLs, device/browser type, and error logs. We use this to improve performance, optimize features, and detect bugs.

D. Attribution & marketing

Measure campaign performance: UTM parameters, referral sources, ad performance, and engagement metrics. This helps us understand which channels drive traffic. We do not sell this data.

E. Communications

Manage email subscription preferences, SMS/WhatsApp opt-ins, and account notification settings. They ensure you receive only the communications you've signed up for.

§ 04

Third-party cookies

We may use third-party service providers that place cookies on our behalf:

  • Stripe - payment processing and fraud prevention
  • HubSpot - CRM and outreach
  • Cloudflare - CDN and security
  • AWS - infrastructure and hosting
  • Analytics providers - privacy-respecting usage tracking

We do not control third-party cookies beyond the services they provide. Use of those tools is subject to each provider's own privacy policy.

§ 05

How long cookies are stored

Session cookies
Expire when you close your browser. No trace is left on your device.
Persistent cookies
Remain for a defined period (30, 90, or 365 days depending on the cookie). Retained only as long as necessary for their stated purpose.
§ 06

Your cookie choices

A. Browser settings

Most browsers let you delete cookies, block all or specific cookies, and set per-site preferences. Blocking essential cookies may prevent core platform features from working.

B. Consent management

Where legally required (e.g., GDPR jurisdictions), we present a cookie consent banner. You can accept all, reject non-essential, or customize preferences.

C. Do Not Track signals

There is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT signals. We do not automatically respond to them. Manage tracking directly through our consent banner or browser settings.

§ 07

Legal basis (EEA / UK)

For users in the EEA or UK where GDPR applies:

Essential cookies
Processed under legitimate interest (necessary for service delivery).
Non-essential cookies
Processed based on your affirmative consent through our cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your preferences.
§ 08

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents may have the right to request disclosure of data categories collected via cookies, request deletion of personal information, and opt out of sharing for targeted advertising purposes.

We don't sell personal information Cookie and attribution data is used for internal analytics and campaign measurement only. To submit a privacy rights request, email privacy@arbibase.com.
§ 09

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically. The "Last revised" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes may be communicated via website notice, email, or platform alert. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
