  • ArbiBase is a subscription-based property verification and intelligence platform for rental arbitrage operators, STR/MTR businesses, and coaches. We surface properties where owners have documented openness to subleasing, STR, or MTR - categorized by verification strength (V1 Verbal, V2 Written, V3 Digital).

    ArbiBase is not a brokerage, management company, or leasing agent. We are an information and verification platform. See our Terms of Service § 04.

  • No. ArbiBase does not act as a licensed real estate broker, leasing agent, property manager, co-host, or intermediary.

    We do not negotiate leases or represent either party. All agreements are executed directly between operators and property owners or managers.

  • No. ArbiBase does not sign, negotiate, review, or enforce lease agreements.

    Operators are fully responsible for: securing written approval, executing legally binding agreements, confirming compliance with applicable laws, and ensuring operational viability. We provide verification signals - not contractual authority.

  • No. ArbiBase supports STR, MTR, corporate housing, travel nurse housing, and furnished rental models.

    Operators remain responsible for ensuring their strategy complies with local regulations and lease terms.

  • No. ArbiBase provides informational tools and verified signals. We do not guarantee revenue, occupancy, ROI, approval outcomes, or business success.

    Profitability depends on operator execution, pricing strategy, market demand, local regulation, and risk management.

  • Coverage depends on verification activity, market demand, regulatory environment, and property owner participation.

    New markets are continuously evaluated and added based on supply and verification viability.
