Approved means signed.

Most arbitrage marketplaces say a landlord approved. ArbiBase shows you the signature: every Verified listing has signed owner consent, a Greenlight underwriting pass (revenue at least 1.5x rent) and a city and ZIP rules check, from $98 a month. Below, ArbiBase vs Zi-Find, STR Exchange, Access Your Place, Airbitrage.ai and STR Deal Finder.

The proof

What "verified" looks like on ArbiBase.

Every property ships with two documents. Here is one, anonymized.

Signed landlord consent. Written permission for STR and/or MTR use, signed and stored before the listing goes live.

Verification report. Every Verified listing has signed owner consent, a Greenlight underwriting pass (at least 1.5x revenue to rent) and a city and ZIP rules check. This sample also shows extra checks, such as HOA and condition, that appear only when a listing says they were done. What Verified covers.
