Copilot is the in-app AI assistant: 50 messages a month on Pro, 1,000 on Premium (fair use). The lease analyzer reviews a lease for arbitrage terms: 2 a month on Beta, 10 on Pro, 40 on Premium, with up to 20 follow-up questions per lease.
No. Property unlocks and concierge fees are non-refundable. If a property turns out not to be as verified, you get one replacement property instead.
No. Concierge is open to anyone. Premium includes concierge sourcing in two markets.
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We never store raw card data.
Prices exclude applicable sales tax. Any tax due is added and shown at checkout before you pay.
No setup fee and no per-seat charge. You pay the plan price plus any applicable sales tax; unlocks, extra Greenlight runs and concierge are optional and priced up front.
