When do I get paid?
When an operator unlocks a property you submitted. We pay monthly by the 10th for the previous month, once your balance reaches $100. Smaller balances roll over.
Do I earn if several operators unlock the same property?
You earn on the first unlock only.
How do tiers work?
Your rate is set by how many of your properties were unlocked in the calendar year. It rises the moment you cross 5 and 15, and resets on January 1.
What makes a property eligible?
Signed landlord consent, a net rent-to-revenue ratio of at least 1.5×, and a Greenlight Engine "Go". Use the pre-check above before you submit.
Do I keep my normal leasing commission?
Yes. Our commission is separate from whatever you earn from the landlord or the lease.
