ArbiBase, LLC wants everyone to be able to use arbibase.com and the ArbiBase app at app.arbibase.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility problems as bugs to fix, not as extras.
This statement covers both the website and the app. The same reporting route works for either.
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We use it as the yardstick when we design and build pages.
- Skip link. The first item on every page is a "Skip to content" link, so keyboard and screen-reader users can jump past the navigation.
- Visible focus. Links, buttons and form fields show a clear outline or highlight when they receive keyboard focus.
- Keyboard navigation. Navigation, links, buttons and forms can be reached and used with a keyboard. The menu drawer closes with the Escape key.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful images have alt text. Purely decorative images and background videos are hidden from screen readers.
- Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, we switch off scroll effects and most decorative animations, and the background videos on page headers are replaced by a still image and aren't downloaded.
- Light and dark themes. You can switch between a light and a dark color theme.
- Translations. You can read the site in Spanish, French, German, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Portuguese or Hindi as well as English. Translations are produced automatically by Google Translate, so they may contain errors; the English text is the version we stand behind.
- Page structure. Pages use headings, lists and landmarks so assistive technology can describe them, and form fields are labeled.
- Responsive layout. Pages adapt to small screens and to zoomed-in text.
These are problems we know about and are working on:
- Documents. Some PDFs we send, such as property packets and consent records, may not be fully readable by screen readers.
- Machine translation. Pages in languages other than English are translated automatically by Google Translate and can contain errors.
Fixed in October 2026: low-contrast secondary and status text in light mode and faint form-field borders (all text now meets at least 4.5:1 and field borders at least 3:1), choosing a plan at checkout with a keyboard, and keyboard focus in the public deal board dialog.
Until these are fixed, contact us (§ 07) and we will help you complete the task another way, for example by setting up your plan for you or sending the information by email.
Some steps use services run by other companies. Their accessibility is up to them, though we choose and configure them with accessibility in mind and will report problems to them:
- Stripe payment and billing pages.
- Google Translate for translated pages, and Google Maps address suggestions on some forms.
- DocuSeal for signing agreements electronically.
- Cal.com and Calendly for booking calls.
If one of these stops you, tell us. We can usually take the payment, booking or signature another way.
We test and fix issues as we find them, including when we build or change a page. Problems reported by users get priority, especially anything that stops someone from signing up, paying, submitting a property or reading their account.
We update the list in § 04 as problems are fixed or found.
If something on arbibase.com or in the app is hard or impossible for you to use, email [email protected] or call +1 (844) 939-3594. It helps if you tell us:
- The page address (URL) or the screen in the app.
- What you were trying to do and what went wrong.
- The device, browser and any assistive technology you use (for example, a screen reader and its version).
- The best way to reach you, and any format you need our reply in.
You don't need to know the technical cause. A plain description is enough.
If you can't use any part of our website, app or documents, including this and our other legal pages, ask us for it in another format. We can send the content as plain text in an email or as an accessible document, or go through it with you by phone. There is no charge for this.
We aim to reply to accessibility reports and format requests within 5 business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you, and help you get what you need in the meantime.
