§ 01

Introduction

This Refund & Billing Policy governs subscription payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes for services provided by ArbiBase, LLC ("ArbiBase," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. By subscribing to ArbiBase, you agree to this Policy.

§ 02

Subscription plans

ArbiBase offers subscription-based platform access. Plans include:

  • Monthly subscriptions - billed every 30 days
  • Annual subscriptions - billed once per year at a discounted rate
  • Enterprise plans - custom pricing via signed order form
  • Promotional plans - limited-time offers with disclosed terms at purchase

Pricing and included features are displayed at checkout or within a signed order form.

§ 03

Automatic renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Renewal occurs monthly for monthly plans and annually for annual plans. Cancel any time before your renewal date to prevent future charges.

State auto-renewal compliance ArbiBase complies with Fla. Stat. § 501.165 (Florida), Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 et seq. (California), and NY GBL § 527 (New York). See § 11 for details.
§ 04

Billing authorization

By subscribing, you authorize ArbiBase and its payment processors (including Stripe) to charge your payment method, process recurring payments, update payment information via tokenized billing systems, and retry failed payments. You agree to keep your payment details current and valid.

§ 05

Refund policy

A. Monthly subscriptions

Refunds are available only within seven (7) calendar days of your first payment for new subscriptions. After 7 days, monthly payments are non-refundable. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

B. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are refundable within thirty (30) calendar days of the first payment. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation.

C. Enterprise plans

Enterprise plans may be subject to custom billing terms outlined in a signed agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, Enterprise plans follow this Refund & Billing Policy.

D. Promotional offers

Refund terms for promotional or limited-time discounts may differ and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

§ 06

Cancellations

Cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account portal, or by contacting billing@arbibase.com. Cancellation stops future renewals, does not refund past payments (unless within your eligible refund window), and keeps your access active through the end of the current paid billing cycle.

§ 07

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge automatically, notify you via email, and suspend access until payment is resolved. ArbiBase reserves the right to terminate accounts for non-payment after reasonable notice.

§ 08

Chargebacks & payment disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, your account may be immediately suspended, access to Services may be revoked, ArbiBase reserves the right to dispute the chargeback, and we may pursue collection of unpaid balances.

§ 09

Taxes

Subscription fees are exclusive of sales tax, VAT, GST, and other applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying taxes required by your jurisdiction. ArbiBase may collect and remit taxes where legally required. Applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.

§ 10

Price changes

ArbiBase may modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be posted on the website, apply to future billing cycles only, and communicated where required by law. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

§ 11

Auto-renewal compliance (FL, CA, NY)

ArbiBase complies with the following state auto-renewal statutes:

  • Florida Automatic Renewal Statute (Fla. Stat. § 501.165)
  • California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 et seq.)
  • New York General Business Law § 527

Where applicable, we provide clear and conspicuous renewal disclosures before purchase, affirmative consent, renewal reminder notices where required, and easy cancellation mechanisms accessible online.

§ 12

No guarantees

Refund eligibility does not imply any guarantee of results, profitability, or property approval. ArbiBase provides informational and operational tools only. Outcomes depend entirely on your execution and market conditions.

§ 13

Updates to this policy

We may update this Refund & Billing Policy periodically. The "Last revised" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updates.
