ArbiBase, LLC pays commissions to people and businesses who refer customers or properties to us. When someone has a financial relationship with us, you have a right to know before you rely on what they say. This page explains our two partner programs, what partners earn and what we require of them.
Approved referral partners, such as rental arbitrage coaches, educators and affiliates, earn 20% of everything an account they refer pays ArbiBase: subscriptions, property unlocks and concierge fees.
- Commission continues for as long as the referred account keeps paying, and stops when it stops paying.
- Payouts are made monthly on the 1st by bank transfer through Stripe Connect, once the partner's balance reaches $50.
- We collect a W-9 before a partner's payouts reach $600 in a calendar year.
- Partners sign a Referral Partner Agreement, which contains the full program terms.
More about the program is on the referral program page, and partners apply through the partner application.
Approved supply partners, such as realtors, leasing agents, property managers, brokerages, and landlords or operators who refer landlords, submit properties to ArbiBase with the owner's written consent. They are paid when an operator unlocks a property they submitted:
- 10% of the unlock price for a partner's 1st to 4th unlocked property in a calendar year;
- 15% from the 5th unlocked property; and
- 20% from the 15th. Tiers reset on January 1.
Commission is paid on the first unlock of each property only, and is calculated on the unlock price the operator paid. Payouts are made monthly by the 10th for the previous month, once the balance reaches $100; smaller balances roll over. This commission is separate from any fee the partner earns from the landlord or the lease. Partners are responsible for making sure that accepting it is allowed under any license or brokerage rules that apply to them.
Details are on the supply partners page.
Every partner must clearly tell their audience that ArbiBase pays them when they recommend us, in line with the FTC's Endorsement Guides. The disclosure must be:
- close to the recommendation itself, not only in a bio or footer;
- in plain words, such as "I earn a commission if you sign up for ArbiBase through my link"; and
- included in videos, livestreams, posts, emails and courses alike.
Partners may not make claims about ArbiBase, properties or earnings that we don't make ourselves. If you see a partner promoting ArbiBase without disclosing the relationship, please tell us at [email protected].
Each referral partner has a referral link and code. When you arrive through a partner's link, our affiliate tracking provider, PromoteBoost, records the referral so that a later purchase can be credited to that partner, and the referral is passed to Stripe with your checkout. Our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy explain the cookies and data involved.
You pay the same price whether or not you were referred. Commissions are paid by ArbiBase out of its own revenue and are never added to what you pay.
Properties from supply partners go through the same verification as every other property: signed owner consent, Greenlight underwriting at a revenue-to-rent ratio of at least 1.5x, and a check of city and ZIP-code rules. Partners can't pay to have a property verified, ranked higher or kept on the board, and a partner's relationship with us doesn't change a property's status. See the Property Verification Disclaimer for what verification does and doesn't mean.
- Customer reviews on our reviews page are submitted by real users, and we publish them only with the reviewer's consent.
- Illustrative examples: some testimonials and case studies on our site are examples written to show how ArbiBase works, not statements by real customers. They are labeled "Illustrative example", and case studies "Illustrative scenario: names and figures are examples". We are replacing them with real published reviews as those come in.
- Partner quotes: if we show a quote from a coach or referral partner, we note that they earn a 20% referral commission from ArbiBase.
- Individual results vary, and no review or example represents a typical or guaranteed outcome.
Our site, blog and tools sometimes mention or link to other companies' products. If ArbiBase is paid for a link or a mention, we label it as sponsored or as an affiliate link next to it. Other companies' products are their responsibility, not ours; review their terms, prices and quality yourself.
Revenue figures, example deals, Greenlight projections and case studies are estimates or illustrations. ArbiBase does not guarantee that any property will be profitable or legal to operate, or that you will reach any revenue, occupancy or income level. The same applies to partners: example commission figures on our partner pages are illustrations, not a promise of what you will earn.
