Corporate housing

Corporate housing is furnished rentals leased to companies for employees on assignment or relocation, usually for 30 nights or more. The company, not an individual guest, is usually the customer, and stays are long enough that many cities' short-term rental rules don't apply. Operators use it to fill units with fewer turnovers.
