Landlord consent

Landlord consent is the owner's written permission for a tenant to sublet or host short- or mid-term guests. It is the single document that separates rental arbitrage from a lease violation: without it, subletting breaks most leases. It should name the permitted use, such as STR, MTR or both, and be signed before you list.

Example

On ArbiBase, every listing has documented consent before it goes live.
