Supply partners · Co-hosts
Co-host units that are already approved.
We send you operators whose landlord, building and city rules have already said yes in writing. You run the guests, cleaning and maintenance, and set your own fee. No cold leads, no units that disappear when the HOA finds out.

Better units. Better operators.
Most co-hosts lose units to landlords who never approved short stays and to operators who can't pay. We filter out both before you meet anyone.
Verified units only
Every unit has written landlord consent and cleared building or HOA rules. In Lima, that includes the SUNARP record and the owners' board.
Vetted operators
ID, proof of funds and an interview before we introduce them. You don't chase payment from someone who shouldn't have signed.
A clean handoff
You start with a 30-day overlap: vendors, building contacts, guest notes and a runbook. Not a set of keys and good luck.
Latin America · Peru
Lima partner network
You take over units we've co-hosted during the pilot, plus new units for US and local operators. Mid-term stays first. We keep landlord relations and inspections.
United States
US partner network
Latin American operators entering the US need a local co-host from day one. We introduce you on units that accept a foreign operator, short-term first.
From application to first unit.

Before you apply.
Do I pay anything to join?
No. There's no sign-up or monthly fee. ArbiBase takes 10–15% of the co-hosting fees you earn from operators we send you. The trial turnover is paid at your normal rate.
Who owns the guest relationship and listing?
The operator owns the listing and its reviews. You manage it on their behalf, under your agreement with them.
What does non-circumvention cover?
You agree not to contract directly with landlords or operators we introduce outside ArbiBase for a set period. It protects the landlord relationships that make verified units possible.
What if an operator or landlord ends the arrangement?
The landlord addendum sets a notice period and an unwind process. We coordinate guest relocation and the move-out inspection with you.
Can I join both networks?
Yes, if you operate in both. Most partners cover one city.
