This Privacy Policy explains how ArbiBase, Inc. (“ArbiBase”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Property details you submit (address, rent, terms, restrictions, approvals).

Usage & Device Data

  • Pages viewed, actions taken, referring URLs, and timestamps.
  • Approximate location (city/region), device/browser type, IP address.
  • Cookie IDs, UTM parameters, session and campaign attribution.

Third-Party Sources

  • Lead capture tools (e.g., GoHighLevel/LeadConnector) and scheduling, if you interact with them.
  • Public property listings, partner submissions, or data you authorize us to import.

You can choose not to provide certain information, but some features may not work as intended without it.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve the Services, including verified property leads and search tools.
  • Communicate with you about updates, announcements, marketing (with your consent where required).
  • Operate subscriptions, billing, account management, and customer support.
  • Verify property permissions/approvals and maintain database accuracy.
  • Prevent fraud, enforce terms, and comply with legal requirements.
  • Analyze usage to improve features, performance, and user experience.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help us operate the platform. Examples include:

  • Payments: Stripe (billing, invoicing, fraud prevention).
  • CRM & forms: GoHighLevel/LeadConnector (lead capture, outreach, email/SMS).
  • Hosting & infrastructure: reputable cloud providers (e.g., Google Cloud, CDN).
  • Analytics & attribution: privacy-respecting analytics or UTM tracking tools.
  • Communications: email service providers and customer support tools.

We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in a merger/acquisition (your information may transfer as part of the transaction).

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure performance, attribute campaigns, and secure your session. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Where required, we will present consent choices.

You can opt out of marketing by using unsubscribe links or emailing us. Service-related emails (e.g., billing, critical notices) may still be sent.

We are a U.S. company. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect international transfers.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

10. “Do Not Track”

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to such signals, and we do not currently respond to them. We continue to review developments in this area.

11. Automated Decision-Making

We do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. We may use scoring or filters to prioritize leads and reduce spam/manual review volume.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you via the Services or by email.
