Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (with a 15% discount). You can cancel ahead of the next billing cycle; access continues until your current period ends. There are no long-term contracts in Beta.
What are the membership tiers?

We offer Beta ($98/mo – basic access with 25 property requests), Pro ($297/mo – priority access with 50 requests, analytics, and AI tools), and Premium ($496/mo – 100 requests, dedicated support, concierge sourcing, and API access). Each tier is designed for different growth stages.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you’ll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
