- Cookie IDs, UTM parameters, session and campaign attribution.
Third-Party Sources
- Lead capture tools (e.g., GoHighLevel/LeadConnector) and scheduling, if you interact with them.
- Public property listings, partner submissions, or data you authorize us to import.
You can choose not to provide certain information, but some features may not work as intended without it.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and improve the Services, including verified property leads and search tools.
- Communicate with you about updates, announcements, marketing (with your consent where required).
- Operate subscriptions, billing, account management, and customer support.
- Verify property permissions/approvals and maintain database accuracy.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to such signals, and we do not currently respond to them. We continue to review developments in this area.

We do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. We may use scoring or filters to prioritize leads and reduce spam/manual review volume.
